Cook the Nudo Egg Noodles in hot water for 4-5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles and the chopped vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients and pour over the noodles. In a small pan, melt the butter and add the sweet paprika, walnuts, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
