Crush the garlic with sugar and salt using a mortar, then add the red pepper flakes and pound a little more. In a non-stick pan with melted butter, sauté the garlic for a few minutes and set it aside. Boil the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 cup of the noodle cooking water to the sautéed garlic and mix well. Add the cooked noodles and fully coat them in the sauce. Serve with chopped green onions on top. Enjoy!
