Lemon Spinach Noodles


Ingredients

  • 200g spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup grated aged cheddar cheese
  • 2 packs of Nudo Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup olive oil
Preparation

Sauté the spinach, garlic, and spices in a pan with a little oil for 4-5 minutes. In a separate pot, cook the noodles for about 5 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the spinach mixture along with the cream and mix well. Enjoy!
