Peanut Butter Vegetable Noodles


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Nudo Egg Noodles
  • 1 small bowl finely chopped red cabbage
  • 1 small bowl cooked peas
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • 3 stalks finely chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds
Preparation

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chopped vegetables, and prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well mixed. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top when serving. Enjoy!
