Egg Noodle Breakfast Plate Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 long turkey sausages
  • 2 green onions (green parts)
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices kasseri cheese
  • 1 egg noodle
  • 1 cup water
Preparation

Add olive oil to a pan. Lightly sauté the sausages, then set them aside. Add the spices and tomato paste to the pan and sauté. Add the water and the noodles, and cook. In a separate pan, cook the egg sunny-side up. Add the green onions and cheese to the cooked noodles and cover the pan. After 2-3 minutes, uncover the pan and add the egg and sausages. Serve. Enjoy!
