In a pot, heat the oil and add the tomato paste. Sauté for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw taste. Add the dumplings and cook with the tomato paste for another 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of hot water and the tomato juice to the pot with the dumplings. Once the dumplings have boiled for 5-6 minutes (this time may vary depending on the softness of the dumplings), add the egg noodles. Continue to boil for an additional 4-5 minutes. Serve the dumpling noodles with garlic yogurt and mint butter on top. Enjoy!
