Add vegetable oil to a pan and lightly sauté the chopped onions and garlic. Slice the sausages and lightly sauté them. Add the pepper, spices, and pepper paste, then continue to sauté while adding the water. Once the water thickens slightly, add the noodles. When the noodles are almost cooked, add the soy sauce. Transfer the noodles to a soup bowl while still slightly soupy. Add a slice of cheddar cheese. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
