Add some oil to the pot you’ll be using for the soup and sauté the tomato paste. Stir in the grated garlic and spices. Add the green lentils and sauté for another 5 minutes. Pour in the hot water and cook the lentils until they are tender. Once the lentils are cooked, lightly break the Egg Noodles and add them to the pot. When the Egg Noodles are soft and plump, serve the soup hot. Enjoy!
