In a pan, heat sesame oil and green onions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat, add the tomato paste and stir, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. In a large bowl, combine garlic, ginger, basil, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Transfer the cooked green onions and sesame oil from the pan to the bowl with the herbs. Cook and drain the noodles. Add the soy sauce and herb oil mixture to the cooked noodles. Serve with green onions on top. Enjoy!
