Cheesy, Salami, and Sausage Egg Noodle Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup sausages (diced)
  • 1/2 cup salami (diced)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cheese
  • 1/4 cup aged cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 egg noodle cakes
  • 1 cup hot water
Preparation

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic, salami, and sausages, and sauté over medium heat. Stir in the mushrooms, red pepper flakes, and spinach, and cook until the vegetables are tender. Add the cheeses, milk, cream, and egg noodles. Continue cooking until the noodles are done and the sauce is well combined. Serve hot. Enjoy!
