Cheesy Mushroom Noodles


Ingredients

  • 250g chopped mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 packs of Nudo Egg Noodles
  • Small bowl of grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook the mushrooms and grated garlic in a pan with a little oil until slightly softened. Add the chopped parsley and butter, and sauté for 3-4 minutes. In a separate pot, cook the noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and a ladle of the cooking water to the mushroom mixture. Finally, add the grated cheese and mix all the ingredients together. Enjoy!
