Noodle Pizza Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup sausage (diced)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 Egg noodle cakes
  • ½ cup water
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour (cornstarch)
Preparation

Cook the noodles in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, making sure they don't become too soft. To prepare the tomato sauce, add the minced garlic, tomato paste, and tomato puree to a pan. Cook until the sauce thickens, then set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Place half of the noodles in the pan, sprinkle with shredded cheese, then add the remaining noodles, spreading them evenly to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Reduce the heat to very low. Pour the tomato sauce over the noodles, making sure it reaches the edges. Top with the diced sausage and a little more shredded cheese. Without removing the pizza from the pan, transfer it to a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F). Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
