Shrimp Noodles


Ingredients

  • 25 mini shrimp
  • 6 dried tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 packs of Nudo Egg Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon pesto sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano
Preparation

First, dice the bell peppers and onion and sauté them in a non-stick pan with a little oil until they are slightly softened. In a separate pan, cook the shrimp with butter, seasoning with spices and salt. Add the soaked and chopped dried tomatoes to the shrimp and mix well. Once the bell peppers and onion are ready, transfer them to the pan with the shrimp and combine everything. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then drain and add them to the pan with the shrimp. Add half a cup of the noodle cooking water. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
