In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add the finely chopped onions and garlic. Cook the onions over low heat (almost off) until they soften and change color. Add honey, heavy cream, and spices to the caramelized onions and stir well. Cook the noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes, then mix them with the onion mixture. Serve with finely chopped green onions on top. Enjoy!
