Tomato and Peas Noodles


Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 green peppers, sliced into rings
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 small bowl cooked peas
  • 1 heaping tablespoon butter
  • Cumin, black pepper, salt
  • 2 packs of Nudo Egg Noodles
Preparation

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the diced onion and sliced peppers, and sauté until softened. Add the peas, diced tomato, and spices. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in about 2 cups of hot water and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles to the pan and cover with a lid. After about 5 minutes, the noodles should be tender. Stir all the ingredients together and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
