Spicy Oil Vegetable Noodle Recipe


Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized red bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • 2 medium-sized carrots, sliced into strips
  • 3 stalks of green onions, sliced into strips
  • 2 packs of Eriş Egg Noodles
  • Half cup of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • Half tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Preparation

In a heat-resistant mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce except the vegetable oil. Heat the vegetable oil on the stove to about 160°C (320°F). Once the oil is hot, pour it over the mixture, stir well, and set the sauce aside. For the noodles, lightly sauté the vegetables in a pan with a small amount of oil. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil and cook the noodles for about 5 minutes. Place the cooked noodles on a serving plate, top with the sautéed vegetables, and finally add a tablespoon of the spicy oil mixture. Mix well. Enjoy!
