Spicy and Vegetable Egg Noodle Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 egg noodles
  • 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 green onions (green parts, halved)
Preparation

For the spicy sauce, add the corn oil to a deep pan. Fry the chopped shallots and garlic over medium heat, then remove them from the oil. In a separate bowl, add the crushed red pepper flakes, ground red pepper, salt, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Pour the strained oil and soy sauce over the mixture, then add the fried shallots and garlic. Set aside. Boil the noodles and set them aside. Add a bit of vegetable oil to a wok and sauté the carrots and broccoli. Add the noodles and green onions. For each serving, add a spoonful of the spicy sauce and serve. Enjoy!
